If cancellation is made (Only valid for reservations made on our website and the standard rate):

• Up to 5 days before check-in, you will receive a 100% refund on your reservation.

• Within 5 days of check-in, any deposit made as a deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied to another date.

• The company reserves the right to cancel a reservation if no deposit is received or contact with the guest is lost prior to arrival.

• Check-in must be completed by 7:00 p.m. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the room if the guest does not notify the hotel of their late arrival in advance.

• The company reserves the right to cancel a reservation and request eviction if illegal activity is detected and/or if it jeopardizes the safety of staff or the facilities.
